Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At NoirVox, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each canvas is made to order using premium materials and inspected before shipment. However, we understand that sometimes an order may not meet expectations, and we’re here to help.

Please review the following policy carefully to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because all our wall art is made to order, returns are accepted only in specific cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The artwork shows a clear production error.
  • The order was lost during transit and never arrived.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference in design, size, or color.
  • Slight variations in color tone due to individual screen calibration.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We may request that the defective item be returned or properly disposed of — our team will provide instructions based on your case.

3. Returns Process

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Our Store only in cases of production errors or damaged deliveries.
  • For all other eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund or replacement has been approved.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change or request cancellation.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized artworks.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale.”

8. Our Commitment

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Even if your order doesn’t qualify for a standard return, our team will always work with you to find a fair solution — whether it’s a partial refund, store credit, or replacement.
